My Week in Workouts, Vol. VIII

M: Rest
TU: Run 2.5 miles
W: Hot Flow
TH: Gentle Flow OR run 2.5 miles *
F: Run 2.5 miles
SA: Rest
SU: Gentle Flow, Body Pump, and/or run 2.5 miles

*I know I have a few options listed, but that’s because I want to let my body dictate what I need to do this week. Life has been very stressful lately, so yoga might be a better option than running sometimes, etc. Ya know?
